Our recruitment process.

Once an ad is online it's open for applications. We have teams located in many cities throughout Indonesia so check the location before applying.

Step 1. Our HR team will contact you via email - the email will come from one of our recruitment platforms such as Dealls, Jobstreet or LinkedIn.

Step 2. You'll be given a choice of days and times for an online interview - the first interview will be with one of our recruiters and the interview will focus on your experience.

Step 3. We'll let you know, usually within 2-3 days, if you've made it to the next round. If you have (congrats!) you'll be given details for your second interview with the hiring manager - this interview will focus on you and your specific experience to the role.

Step 4. For roles outside of our sales and customer care teams you'll have a third interview with one of your future team mates - this is an informal meet and greet.

Step 5. If you've nailed the interviews so far you'll receive an offer letter from us. If you accept then we'll do a background check and get your contract to you for signing.
